| Snowflake Falls, Wyoming & New York City – Present Day Noelle Holiday owns a Christmas tree farm and a bed & breakfast in a small town. Christmas and a snowstorm are fast approaching, keeping her busy. She spots a handsome mysterious stranger and thinks nothing of it until he approaches her at the tree farm. Noelle learns that he is the CEO of the corporation that wants to buy her businesses and turn them into a posh resort. She has been battling with her mother over this, as Noelle is not interested.
