Duvall, Texas - Present Day

Tammy Jo has had a rough couple of weeks—being near death, some serious bombshells being dropped, and the fact that she's torn between two great guys. And just when she thinks she might be able to relax and take the time to figure everything out, it gets worse. Not only does she get kidnapped twice in one day, but she's being harassed by certain Duvall townspeople, and by The Conclave, the governing body for witches and wizards.

Thank goodness she has Bryn to help her. Together they might just have enough cunning and magic to deal with the Bible-wielding townsfolk, the Conclave members, and maybe have enough time left over to figure out their relationship. If there can even be a relationship, when Tammy Jo still loves her ex-husband, and every family member is dead set against her having anything at all to do with Bryn.

HALFWAY HEXED is the third book in the Southern Witch series, following WOULD BE WITCH (Book 1), and BARELY BEWITCHED (book 2). Filled with excellent characters, enough twists and turns to keep you on the edge of your seat, and plenty of witty moments, fans of paranormal romance and urban fantasy will want to snatch this book up, pronto. Tammy Jo is a truly lovable, determined heroine, and she's willing to do whatever it takes to keep her loved ones and town safe. And Bryn is the romance hero to end all—smooth and unflappable, and willing to do anything for Tammy Jo.

HALFWAY HEXED more than deserves a Perfect 10 rating with its thrill ride of a story and heartwarming romantic moments between Bryn and Tammy Jo. Having not read the previous novels, being able to jump into the third book and love it so much is a true testament to how well Kimberly Frost can construct a story. Unfortunately, there is no news as to whether the series will continue or not, so be sure to check out HALFWAY HEXED and the previous Southern Witch novels!
