Georgia – Present Day

Weatherly O'Neal needed to get away. Her family is pressuring her to marry one of her father's business associates, and while Weatherly is willing to do anything for her family – this is taking it too far. So she escapes to her family's vineyard and comes face to face with Tag. He seems like the perfect distraction from her troubles, and when he offers to play her fiancé to help her get back at her dad, she jumps at the chance.

Tag Barton has his own reasons for wanting to keep Weatherly to himself. And he's willing to go further than just pretending to be her fiancé – oh no, he'll take it all the way to the altar. Getting married to Weatherly is certainly not the worst thing in the world, especially since she comes with a particular piece of land he needs. What he doesn't expect is how much he will like her. And when she finds out the truth about his motives, his love might not be enough to salvage their relationship.

BRAVE ENOUGH is just as much a story of redemption as it is a love story. Tag messes up, big time, and it's heartbreaking to see how lost both he and Weatherly are without each other. This book deals with what a lot of romances don't show – it's not just about falling in love, it's about staying in love despite the hard times.

BRAVE ENOUGH finishes the Tall, Dark, and Dangerous series, though it can easily be read as a stand-alone. A previous character shows up, but knowing his back story is far from critical. That said, while this book can be read out of order, STRONG ENOUGH (Aug 2015) and TOUGH ENOUGH (Nov 2015) should be read together in order, as they both feature a larger story arc.
