No Chance, Texas

The citizens of No Chance decide they need help of the monetary nature to promote their five year old bull riding rodeo. On behalf of the town, Cody Winters, rodeo clown, sends an offer to New York billionaire John Carruth. Carruth is intrigued and makes a large investment in the enterprise. But when he gets to No Chance, it seems they only wanted his money and not his promotional know-how. They resist all his marketing ideas. The town's legal counsel, Chloe Winters, tries to reconcile the two sides. Can she bring together the small town folk and the big city boy? Only later does John learn he was adopted and has a twin brother, a native of No Chance. Can Chloe help in matters of the heart?

Bull rider Jack Fitzgerald is also shocked to learn he has a twin. He has his own baggage and is not very welcoming. Part of his troubles is a long standing thing for Erin O'Donovan. MD. Things get very complicated by a nearby town promoting their own bull riding rodeo at No Chance's expense.

The book is divided into two parts, with a brother featured in each: essentially two interrelated romances within the whole, making for an intriguing read.

HEART OF A BULL RIDER and its series mates were inspired by the actual Professional Bull Riders organization, see http://pbr.com . Champion bull rider Reese Cates, a real person, is pictured on the cover; a short bio is in the back of the book. Though never having been to a rodeo, I enjoyed this quick read. What's not to like with a doctor, a lawyer, a billionaire, and a cowboy?

Look for three more bull fighter-themed limited edition Harlequin romances. They are A FAMILY FOR THE BULL RIDER, ONE WILD BULL RIDER, and THE BULL RIDER'S TWINS. Get in on the fun.
