BITING COLD is the newest book in the Chicagoland Vampire series, and picks up right where DRINK DEEP (NOV 2011) left off. Merit got the shock of her life when the man she mourned for months showed up again in the middle of Merit and Mallory's battle for Chicago, and now she has to hit the ground running yet again to keep the world from falling apart. Tate, or rather two Tates are on the loose, and that is one back story readers will never see coming.

This explosive and highly anticipated sequel lives up to the rest of the series, if not surpasses it. Scenes of edge-of-your-seat action are paired with enough investigation and down-time to give the reader a much needed break. Merit's life can be tough, and the audience is along for the thrill ride. Author Chloe Neill never fails to deliver an excellent story, and BITING COLD is no exception. This is one book readers will be hard-pressed to put down, and it deserves a Perfect 10 rating.
