United States & Italy – Present Day

Helen Brooks has worked faithfully for her boss, Gabriel, but when he requests that she join him in California for a meeting with an important client, she flies from England. She didn’t expect the hotel to be in a romantic location, nor that her boss would tell her to enjoy herself while she was there. After all, it is supposed to be a business trip. Why is Gabriel suddenly wanting to mix business with pleasure, or at least shower some attention on Helen? Can she hide the fact that she’s becoming attracted to him?

The hotel in California had been booked for Gabriel and his current girlfriend, but after she started hinting heavily about taking their relationship to permanent status, he let her down and she walked out. However, Gabriel needs a woman by his side as he meets with his client and his wife. But seeing Helen outside their office makes him suddenly want her. And when his client mistakes a romantic relationship going on between them, will Gabriel take the opportunity of a fake romance to seduce his secretary?

Helen doesn’t normally accompany Gabriel to his overseas meetings but in A WEDDING NEGOTIATION WITH HER BOSS, the departure of his now ex-girlfriend opens the door for her. She is surprised at the opulent resort with its cottages and nearby pool. Of course, Gabriel’s cottage is near Helen’s which means they can hop back and forth easily when they need to work—or do other things. Being in such a romantic setting has them easily falling into a more personal relationship. When Gabriel’s client insists that he and Helen join him in Italy with his wife, how much convincing will it take for her to agree to come? How soon before Gabriel and Helen are hitting the sheets? More importantly, will it affect their boss/secretary relationship? She has already gone through one bad relationship and Gabriel doesn’t think highly of marriage after watching his parents bicker throughout theirs.

There is plenty of bantering back and forth between Helen and Gabriel. They have a nice, friendly relationship but they don’t know each other. In A WEDDING NEGOTIATION WITH HER BOSS, they spend time talking and asking questions of each other. Readers can see how perfect they are together. While Gabriel has no qualms about having a fling with Helen, she worries that she will fall in love with him. Along the way, both learn a lot about themselves. Does this include finding love with each other?

A tale that is both emotional and sensual, don’t miss A WEDDING NEGOTIATION WITH HER BOSS.
