Palm Beach, Florida - Present Day

Samantha Jellicoe and Richard Addison have reached a milestone. It has been a year since the cat burglar and billionaire explosively met, and they're celebrating in a style that's all their own. It hasn't actually been smooth sailing since Sam dropped into Rick's life, but it certainly hasn't been boring either. Along with their anniversary comes a new opportunity for Sam...artifact retrieval. It might just barely be on the right side of legal, but Sam can continue to use her skills without leaving herself open to a jail sentence (sort of). The downside is that she'll piss off her former friends, fences, and a few ex-clients.

It used to be that the biggest thrill in Rick's life was his work. Even his marriage didn't hold a candle to it. That was until Sam mowed him down, literally and figuratively. More quickly than he could ever have imagined, Sam has become his whole world. Usually aggressive about going after what he wants, Rick finds himself in unfamiliar territory -- afraid to change the status quo in his relationship with Sam for fear that she'll disappear.

The search for Anatomy Man and Japanese armor, a forward step in the relationship dance, and the illegal hotbed of activity in the high society of Palm Beach keep Sam and Rick jumping. But is it out of the frying pan and into the fire?

Domesticity and danger blend seamlessly in Suzanne Enoch's A TOUCH OF MINX. As Sam and Rick settle into their relationship, they've lost none of the sizzle that makes them special. Sam continues to straddle the fence between her less than legal former profession and her love for Rick. The time is fast approaching, however, when she will have to make a choice. Rick has already made his choice...he will do anything to keep Sam.

While the romance is a key focus, Ms. Enoch throws in a mystery or two to keep things interesting. With engaging secondary characters such as Stoney, Detectives Castillo and Gorstein, and Tom Donner making repeat appearances, the hilarity and suspense is ratcheted up another level. A few surprises from Kate Donner and Southern gentleman Aubrey Pendleton round out a stellar cast of characters in this wonderful tale. There are at least five review books I should have read before picking this one up, but, hats off to Ms. Enoch, I couldn't resist.

Join Sam and Rick as they jump into another fast-paced adventure you won't want to miss.
