Maude, a highly trained Rogue herself, was able to stop the catastrophic time rifts caused by that agent. In the process, she met Preston 'Gil' Gillespe and basically fell in love, though she refuses to acknowledge it. Time Rogues such as herself cannot afford to have any entanglements, especially ones with men in the distant past whose memories of her have been erased. But there is something about Gil that keeps tugging her back when she should be thinking about her next mission, one of the most dangerous ever conceived.

Gil is absolutely wasted. Getting the current museum exhibit up and running has been draining, but not as much as the memory -- or is it a dream? -- of the beautiful woman and Mt. Vesuvius that invades his mind at odd moments. But Gil is not stupid, and when he sees that woman in real life, he knows something strange has happened and, frankly, he's okay with it so long as he gets to stay by Maude's side.

But the adventure is just beginning as time shifts, subverted protocols, and clandestine time travel to significant moments in history set a future in motion that no one can deny or change, bringing us back to Maude's current circumstances and imminent death. Can the future be changed?

An action packed adventure that will have you teetering on the brink, TIME TRANSIT is a thrill ride from beginning to end. It is highly recommended that readers start with the previous book, TIME ROGUES, as it introduces this futuristic world and all of the current characters in their first adventure. TIME TRANSIT follows right on the heels of that previous tale, with Maude still very much intrigued by the gorgeous cowboy she left behind in the past. As luck would have it, though, he's not back there long before the future calls. Together, these two have passion to spare, but many obstacles to overcome if they are to be together.

Witty dialogue, charming characters, and an intriguing premise come together in a fascinatingly engaging story. Check out TIME TRANSIT and travel through history with our intrepid heroes as they try to save the world while falling in love.
