Kyle McKendrick is wounded, shot in the shoulder, and on the run from his para-military group, Beta Force, and its leader, Major Thaddeus Biehl. Kyle has been kept under Beta Force's control after the death of his friend Jimmy. But Jimmy didn't just die. Kyle killed him rather than see him tortured during their last mission.
