Present Day Greece

Rebecca Ainsworth Petrakos never thought she would come back to Greece. A year ago, Rebecca was madly in love, ready to embark on a new life with Andreas, her husband, but one day after they were wed, Andreas accused Rebecca of marrying him for his money. A claim Rebecca vehemently denied, but she did have a secret, one she could not share with Andreas. While Andreas’s accusations shocked and hurt Rebecca, she was willing to forgive him and move forward in their marriage, but then Andreas did something completely unexpected, he told her to leave. A heartbroken Rebecca left Greece to return home to England with Andreas’s words still ringing in her ears, "You will come crawling back to me before I even think of you, if only because you will need money for something." Now standing at the gate of her estranged husband’s villa, Rebecca had to concede that Andreas was right.

Recuperating after a car crash, Andreas remembers practically nothing from the past year. He does have some memories involving a woman by the name of Rebecca. Did Andreas have a passionate affair with Rebecca that went sour? Is Rebecca his mistress? Andreas does not know, but even as he sexually responds to Rebecca, he feels uneasy and that something is wrong between them. Will Andreas remember that Rebecca is his estranged wife? If he does, will he again send Rebecca away?

An exotic location and a beautiful hero and heroine who share a lot of chemistry is what readers of Harlequin Presents romance line look forward to in their tales, and THE GREEK TYCOON’S UNWILLING WIFE will not disappoint. To enjoy this tale fully, it might be best to not dwell too much on the plot points. A good effort and some nice writing by Ms. Walker makes THE GREEK TYCOON’S UNWILLING WIFE the type of book that fans of Harlequin Presents romances will enjoy reading.
